Is courses offered by CMJ university particularly MD in Yoga and naturopathy recognised for govt job especially kerala psc?

From what I have heard so far, cmj university is ugc approved private university established by The Government Of Meghalaya As Per Section2(f) Of UGC Act 1956. Candidate who have completed MBBS or BHMS are eligible to take admission for same.

Anyway there will not be any trouble regarding the recognition of this university since it is UGC approved?

Yes, UGC approved universities are considerable, however there are list of fake Universities in India recognised by UGC. You can just log onto ugc.ac.in and find a list of recognised & fake universities or you can even mail them about this querie and they will let you know the details properly. Hope that helps.
