Which stream is best in MBA after working in IT field

I would like to know that as I have completed B.Tech in computer Science after which it has been six months I have been working in one of the top firm but now I am thinking of going with the MBA. But before that I want to know that Which stream is best in MBA (accounts, executive, HR, operations, IT etc). So can anyone guide me with this who are pursuing the MBA or already have done with it.

For this thing I would like to say that it all depends on you as in which field are you interested in. as I completed my MBA studies in the year of 2009 and for this I selected marketing as my specialization. So it all depends on you in which field you are interested in.

I am currently pursuing MBA, so would like to say you that if you are thinking of doing MBA then keep it in mind that you pursue MBA from the best B-schools , other thing which you should keep in mind is that you get to select the specialization in the second year and for this it is better you go with the field you are interested with don’t go for stream which all the people want to go.
