* Windows Server 2003/2008
* SBS 2003/2008
* Exchange

Alright, so you mean to say that we can work from our home for the remote kind of work that you are offering? Could you please tell me what qualification is required apart from having experience in Windows Server 2003/2008, sbs and exchange? Also how much should be the expected salary for this type of job and how do we receive our pay, that is whether by cheque, Demand Draft or Cash?

Abishak, this is genuine...believe it or not.

Payment via PayPal. For those cynical, you can do one or two hours and ask for payment to see if you get paid, if you don't the worst you've lost is an hour? You think I will risk a client for one hours pay!!!

Qualification is less important than experience but the usual would help...MCSE/Degree etc.

The person's applying need to demonstrate experience. The rate is dependent on experience. I want the candidate to say what the hourly rate they would work for then I'll decide if it's acceptable to me or not.
