I m a MBA student from Delhi, I have got a case study on Bombay Stock Exchange(BSE) . Where I need to know what are the objectives laid by Bombay Stock Exchange(BSE).What are the services that BSE offer. One Thing that comes in my mind is that what is the role of Public Relation in it.I have also heard that it also provides training and certification on various aspects of capital market and financial aspects. What is the Role of PR in the Crisis Management.

The Acronym of BSE is BOMBAY STOCK EXCHANGE. It is the Asia’s oldest Stock Market. It has dept of knowledge of capital markets established since its inception in 1875. Its located in Mumbai which is the financial capital of India. It is also known as the Backbone of the Capital market of INDIA. The committee consisted by Board are board based. The day to day operations on Exchange are managed by Managing directors and Management teams of Professionals.The Exchange has presence in 417 cities and towns of INDIA. It also Provides Training and Skill Enhancement in the capital markets of the country and other emerging markets. It governs the Capital market Regulator.

Though Bombay stock exchange is Asia’s Oldest stock Market but it started its OnLine Trading in Year 1995,which is popularly known as BSE Online Trading(BOLT).In starting It was accessible only by the Brokers of the BSE based in Mumbai, But know it available all over the country and abroad surprisingly. All the Major currencies of the world such American Dollars, BRITISH Euros and Pounds, Japanese YEN are traded in different parts of the world.
