    Types of CRM

    What is difference between E-Crm and Crm?Does Crm Have a good Impact on marketing, sales, customer service, and field support.Basically what are the strategies which have good impact on Crm.I want to know whether it is suitable for Small organization or Big Organization.Most important query that comes on my mind is that does customer relationship has good impact on organization who are using Crm.

    E Crm Stands for “Electronic Customer Relationship Management” where it has an edge over Crm which manages the customer relationship with Information Technology.It is more efficient to communicate with customer as it has an advantage of Information technology.In order to make a customer understand and fulfill their needs it compromises of internal organization resources and external marketing strategy.Using E-crm leads to reduction in time and cost where as Implementation and maintenance can take place at one place on any server.

    SFA stands for Sales Force Automation.SFA system Involves business tasks such as inventory control, sales processing, and tracking of customer interactions, as well as analyzing sales forecasts and performance. It also includes sales forecasting,order management and product knowledge.Sales Force Automation systems are the same as compared to Sales Force Development system. The Major On which SFA relies is objectives,plan,budget and control indicators under some specific conditions. To deal with Customer service Management SFA must be fully integrated in all the departments.

    CRM stands for “Customer Relationship Management”. It is a strategy that is widely used in an organization for managing organization’s Customer and Sales prospects. The main goal of Crm is to attract new customers for an organization nurture and retain Old clients which organization had already by providing them the service as they could.They involve various techniques which results in Sales and Clients. The three main keywords that can define Crm Along with Relationship with clients is Enhance,Retain And Gain.

    Customer Relationship Management is suitable for both Small and Large Organization.It can boost small Organization and make it profitable by using the right strategy and Technology.In Big Organization they use Crm in order to retain new customers also retain and nurture the old customers with good service providing to them.Currently there are many big organization using these technology and they have been successive in retaining,acquiring and enhancing the customer.

    Today if any company want to retain in market it must provide good product and must hold on customers or clients that are loyal to the organization. This may happen by providing good service and good technology in a better price by which an organization can also make profit and customers or clients too. If this criteria is fulfilled by an organization than undoubtedly it will create a good impact on customer relationship which may result benefit for both customer and organization.
