OTHER ATATE QUOTA IN Tamilnadu Engineering admissions

Kindly give an idea of whether there is a specific % of quota for other state candidates in Tamilnadu Engineering Admissions?If so, whether its applicable to the state owned colleges/universities or private colleges also which are affiliated to Anna University?

No it is not require by the University whether you are from the same state or from other state. The admission is based on the National basis. But the criteria of admission are actually based on the collages which you are willing to take admission. The TNEA admission conditions included domicillary study in T.N from class VIII onwards. There are a few seats 1or 2 in each department/ branch of the university for other state candidates under other state quota.If such is the case, how do otherstate cadidates can seek admission? Is there a seperate test or admission proceedure for otherstate candidates?
