    sad Software developer in BPO

    hi all
    I have been working as a .NET developer in BPO for around 18 months.
    Our team is small one of only 5 to 6 programmers.
    There is not much scope for Learning and growth, our superiors have no idea of new technology and my other colleauges are satisfied,but i am not i feel like bieng wasted here. What should i do.
    Does my experience here would even count in a proper IT company.
    Please help

    In fact you should feel comfortable when you are working in a BPO because its also an IT driven industry.

    Well about the job scope in regular IT corporates, it depends what project you are working on and the complexities in it.

    You will be able to get a job in the IT sector anywhere but on the same profile as you are currently working on , if you are working in a slow moving environment and can expect a promotion if your working environment provides you to deal with complex situations.

    Why not go for a Microsoft Certification - it will justify your working with the current company as you were only working to upgrade yourself.
