EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION FOR ADMISSION :
The candidates must possess (10+2) at school level with mathematics and Graduation (3 years
duration) in any subject from any recognized University or Graduation (10+2+3) in any subject with
mathematics as one subject from any recognized University, with at least 50% marks in aggregate
(45% in case of SC/ST and Non Creamy Layer OBC candidates), without any approximation in the
Graduate examination. Candidates appearing in the qualifying examination (10+2+3) degree in 2009
may also apply. Provisional candidature for RMCAAT 2009 shall be granted to such candidates who
are appearing in final year graduate examination in 2009.
SCHEDULE OF EXAMINATION :
RMCAAT-2009 will be held on 29th JUNE, 2009 (Monday) from 10.00 A.M. to 12.00 Noon at
the centers in the following cities : Jaipur, Jodhpur, Kota, and Udaipur.
AVAILABILITY OF APPLICATION FORM :
The Application Form along with all relevant material will be available for sale from 27th April, 2009
from the following branches of UCO Bank during banking hours i.e.10.00 A.M. to 4.00 P.M. (on
Saturday 10.00 A.M to 1.00 PM) against cash payment of Rs. 1000/- (inclusive of examination fees).


LAST DATE OF SUBMISSION :
Application Form duly filled along with relevant documents as per Information Booklet should reach to Coordinator RMCAAT-09, Board of Technical Education, Rajasthan, W-6, Residency
Road, Jodhpur – 342 032 by 5.00 P.M. of 18th May, 2009, irrespective of the fact that whether 18th
May, 2009 is a working day or not. RMCAAT-09 Application Form received after last date and time
shall not be accepted.

RMCAAT FORM:

The set of RMCAAT-2011 form consists of the following:
(a) RMCAAT-2011 Application Form – It is in the form of OMR sheet as well as separate form which is to be filled in by the candidates using BLACK BALL POINT PEN in their own handwriting. It should neither be folded nor to be stapled in any case. The data recorded on this form would be used subsequently for generation of admit card for the test, and the result. Therefore, it should be filled very carefully & neatly, and according to the detailed instruction given in the information booklet.

(b) Information Booklet – This booklet consists of 13 pages. It contains Instructions, Sample Questions and Sample answer sheet etc., for the guidance of the candidates about RMCAAT-2011. It is to be retained by the candidate for their own use. The candidate should read the booklet carefully before filling up the application form and Examination Scheme carefully to prepare for RMCAAT-2011 accordingly.

(c) Acknowledgement Card - The candidate should write his/her address on it and affix postage stamps worth Rs. 6/-. This acknowledgement card will also convey deficiency (if any) in the filled application form.

(d) One Big Envelope - Duly filled RMCAAT-2011 Form along with the enclosures should be put into this envelope and sent to the Office of the Coordinator, RMCAAT-2011, College of Engineering & Technology Bikaner (An Autonomous Institute of Govt. of Raj.) Karni Industrial Area, Pugal Road, Bikaner, Rajasthan– 334004 by Registered post / Speed post (not by courier). The same can also be dropped in the locked box kept outside RMCAAT office, College of Engineering & Technology Bikaner, Rajasthan. In any case, the Application Form should not be handed over to any person.

RMCAAT 2011 Important Dates:

1. RMCAAT Exam Date: 05th June, 2011 (Sunday) from 10.00 A.M to 12.00 Noon
2. Last Date of Submission of Application Form: 23rd April, 2011 before 05.00 P.M.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA FOR ADMISSION:

A candidate must ensure that he / she is eligible for admission to various Government aided and private unaided institutions of Rajasthan conducting MCA course before filling up the RMCAAT-2011 Application Form. If a non-eligible candidate is admitted due to any reason then the admission of such a candidate will be cancelled as soon as the mistake is detected even at later stage. Various eligibility criteria for admission to MCA course shall be as under:

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION:

Candidates with BCA, BSc (IT) & BSc (Comp. Science) degrees are eligible for the requirements of mathematics. However, the candidate appearing for the Graduation qualifying examination (Enclosed certificate-6) will also be permitted to appear in the admission test but their admission will be provisional, subject to furnishing the degree of qualifying examination with the prescribed eligibility by 31st July, 2011.

DOMICILE CRITERIA:
The RMCAAT-2011 is open to the candidates of Rajasthan Domicile only.
