Nowadays there are many institute provide ethical hacking certificate in India. There is no job available for that kind of certificate and value of this certificate is too low.
If you want great career than get some higher certificate from reputated institute. Otherwise go to abroad to get good certification which has the great value in India. Salary of ethical hacker is totally depend upon your degree and skill

If you want good career in these filed than getting Cisco certification is best way to start the career. Start from comptia security+ certificate and complete step by step all certificate like CCNA security and CCIE security. Cisco also provide placement after completing your first certification.
