    i just passed bsc nursing
    but now i want to change my profession

    You can try to do mba hr after bsc nursing, providing that your marks are good, and that you have some significant business experience or you can also go for MBBS degree admission. Usually, the scope of B.Sc. Nursing programme is to prepare nurses who are able function efficiently and effectively, as a member of health care team and who is qualified to meet the nursing needs of the people in the society, so if you stay in the same field then it would be good for your prospects.
