I'm B.Tech graduate in Electronic and Communication. Want to join IAF....but the problem is age limitation criteria. I'm 25 yrs old.
So, can u please guide me with relevant information.

If you are planning to join then IAF and completed the Engineering then you can go with the Aeronautical Engineering. The age limit is from 18 to 28 so i think you are still eligible for the exam. So if you can then apply for exam and make sure you will clear it. To know more about the IAF it is better to go with the below given official site of IAF.
