i want to know that "is BBA a graduate program"?
one can apply of IAS / PCS of other competitive exam after BBA

The Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) is a bachelor's degree in business studies.Alternative degree for this is Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA), and Bachelor in Management Studies (BMS). so dont worry BBA is a graduate program

IAS / PCS of other competitive exam after BBA

Just be sure that the university is UGC certified or others if applicable and must be DEC certified if Distance Education. Otherwise you won't be able to get admission even in Master's Degree or PG diploma , forget about IAS
