I wanted to know that what Percentage Should i have in Graduation to be Eligible for IPS or IAS??

You will complete your Graduation in April 2011 then how come you have 60%? Anyways The eligibility criteria for IPS or IAS exam requires the minimum 55 percentage in the graduation with any stream. You have to achieve minimum 55% to get eligible for the exam. So if you are sure to score the same then you can sit for the exam. To know more about the Eligibility go through the below given link.

IAS and IPS are top priority exams which led you a direct entry in Central Government Administration. So the first criteria is that on an resident of India is illegible for the exam. Second only those education qualification are allowed which are mention under a special act stated by the Parliament of India. There are no chances of International Degree unless you have something in MBBS. You must have a bachelor degree on recognized India University

The exam is conducted by UPSC every year. There are three stages which comes under this exam. The firs tis the Preliminary examination. The second is the main examination and the third is the interview. You must have a graduate degree from any recognized university. Applicant must be a citizen from India. You must have completed 21 years of age. There are 4 attempts allowed for a open category. For OBC there are 7 and there is no limit of attempts for ST-NO.
