Using Resource Hacker to change boot screen of Windows 7

I had used Resource hacker long back for Windows XP. But now I am looking for using the same for Windows 7 64bit. I want to change the boot screen. For logon screen I am using Windows Logon Background changer that worked well. But what about changing the boot screen. I tried to do that long back through a software but it gave me a blue-screen error. I had gone through some articles that easy Resource Hacker is very effective. But is there a version available for Windows 7 64bit.

Yes there is a 64bit version available for Windows 7 which you can use for editing the resources. But must go through different tutorials so that you can finally understand what to change. And before modifying it is good to backup that file, because your system crash if that files gets damage. When you get any dll file to modify you must find the exact location of the same. And copy it. So that you can replace it.

It might work but there is on guarantee for the stability. There are chances that your system might crash. Editing other things are fine, but when it comes to boot screen you must take care. I had not found any software that can effectively work for making changes in the boot-screen.
