How to change boot logo in Windows 8

I recently purchased a new HP computer that came with preinstalled with Windows 8. Everything is working fine on this machine. But the thing that is irritating me is the boot logo that shows the HP logo. I have checked many of my friends computer that shows a Windows 8 logo before login screen. Can anyone tell me how to change this boot logo to Windows 8 logo in my computer? Thanks for any solution in advance.

I dont think that it is possible to change the boot logo of Windows 8 of HP or either Dell machines. This companies dont like to do that since you only get to notice the HP or Dell logo on the BIOS splash screen and then you are presented with the Windows loading screen. I think that you will need a custom Bios which will all you to modify that boot logo. You will have to ask your hardware manufacturer if that is possible or not.

You can try to download Visual Boot Experience v.1 from here. With it you can do the following:
    1. Disable Windows Bootlogo
    2. Disable Loading Circle
    3. Disable Messages (“Updating Registry – XX%”)

There is also a Boot UI Tuner freeware tool that can be used to disable the HP Logo. You will first need to download that and install it. After that try to open an elevated command prompt by pressing Win+X on your keyboard. You will get the Power user menu option and then choose the elevated Command Prompt from the given menu. After that type the below in the command prompt to disable the Windows logo:

    bcdedit /set {globalsettings} custom:16000067 true

Restart your pc to take effect. If you want to enable it again then type the below in the command prompt:

    bcdedit /set {globalsettings} custom:16000067 false

    or

    bcdedit /deletevalue {globalsettings} custom:16000067
