How to add a custom itemin Windows7's Shutdown Menu

Hello,I am a win7 user.

As you know the context menu that opens when you click the arrow next to the shutdown button in Windows 7, I want to add a new custom options to it like "Shutdown in X mins". I know that is doable, someone has implementd that. I just want to know how to do it ?

I hope that this clarifies my intention. Any help will be appreciated.

There is a reg file that you can download to add Shut Down, Restart, Sleep, and Hibernate Commands and it is called Add_Shut-Down_Restart_Sleep_Hibernation.reg and Remove_Shut-Down_Restart_Sleep_Hibernation.reg, search the same phrase on google and you will get it for sure.

Thankyou simond, but what i want is to add a custom item in the context menu, Not just show the item which is internally supported by windows.
