ID3 Tags won't display in explorer

I am using windows 7 in my system and using computer from last 3 years. I am having the problem with my ID3 tags in windows explorer. When I am going to change any of my songs ID3 tags, I found that they are not display in windows explorer and also they don't show the details under the properties. Anybody have any ideas as to what it could be?

I can see that no one is coming up with the solution for that devoid of doing the reformat. I have noticed that apart from an album I added newly by means of iTunes every my ID3 tags are empty on Windows Explorer they are there like iTunes as well as third party media players can observe them. I wish that this problem will be resolved soon. Thank you!!!
