You need to check Start Regedit.exe (the temperature + R, then pastingregedit.exe). In the left navigation tree control HKEY_CURRENT_USERSoftwareMicrosoftWindowsCurrentVersionExplorerAdvanced
Into Edit -> "New -" The DWORD (32 bit) value
    Name value LastActiveClick
Click to enter and change the value assigned to 1 and restart the browser, you good to go. To restart without having to restart Explorer, open Task Manager (press CTRL + SHIFT + ESC) and the end of the Explorer.exe process. And then create a new task (in the "File"), and paste "Explorer.exe's." All the best.

To add the toolbar back, you will want to right click an open space of the bar, select Tools from the menu bar \ \ new toolbar. Conventions may also be at this point to unlock the taskbar. Now the slightly tricky part ... you want to paste the path into the address bar the following:
    Code:
    % Application Data% \ \ Microsoft \ \'s Internet Explorer \ \ Quick Launch
Make sure the address bar shows the full path, such as the next shot, and then select "Select Folder" button. You will immediately notify the Quick Launch toolbar on the taskbar, all about the end of the right way. Please note that you need to right click and unlock the task bar, and then to move the toolbar. Once you have determined this is the way you want, you should select the "Lock the Taskbar" the. There you are, the Quick Launch bar has returned, there is almost no one will know the way to Windows 7. All the best.
