Creating photo puzzle

hello,

I would like to transform photos into jigsaw .... Does someone knows of any software (free or paid, whatever) With Which I can achieve that? I have photoshop elements 6.0, but at 1st glance it does seem that it can perform the task (as i havent use it much so dont have any idea about it ),So please tell me How can i Create Jigsaw puzzle from photos
