Quick Launch bar that is a list of shortcuts to your favorite programs. You can use the Quick Launch toolbar to open programs with a single click, without having to go through the Start menu. Microsoft Windows XP shows the Quick Launch bar by default. If you have disabled your Quick Launch toolbar, you can display by right-clicking the Taskbar, click Toolbars and then click Quick Launch.

To Display the Quick Launch bar in Windows Xp, Go to My Computer, C: Documents and Settings - [your profile name] - Application Data - Microsoft - FireFox and create a folder named Quick Launch if not already exist. The folder may be empty. Be completed as you add items to the Quick Launch toolbar.

To add a web page for quick launch, just open the page you want in Firefox, then take the favicon (icon) to the left of the address bar and drag to the Quick Launch, which can be dragged to the bar personal tool, a folder personal toolbar or bookmarks, or even the desktop. (You can also drag to another tab, but that does not create a shortcut) Once on the launch pad or on the desktop can be changed (/ reduce) the description.

If you drag a secure page (https for the Quick Launch or the desktop to start Firefox, you may have a problem if the file type for HTA (HTML Application) has enabled DDE Advanced, and then click Edit and Open, uncheck DDE.
