You can use the Logon changer for windows 7. And allows to change the logon screen with just a few steps. Simply download the free application, run it and click Change Logon Screen. Download it from here : Logon Changer for Windows 7 |

Install the applications like the tuneup utilities and with this you can make your custom boot screens and can also apply the already made boot screens that comes with it. You should get the working 30day trail version for free. do search for it. Stardock's Bootskin pro can be used to change windows boot screens ,but only available for its Object Desktop Ultimate customers . |
