How to create new Library in Windows 7

Is t possible to create New library in Windows 7? I would like to put some group of folders together to access them quickly. I know i have the option to put the shortcut of folders on my desktop or pin them to task bar but it doesn't looks so good . So i would like to add them in new library of windows 7?

Like other items on the Start menu, you can add or remove libraries, or customize their appearance. You can include up to 50 folders in one library. There are four default libraries Documents, Music, Pictures, and Videos, you can create new libraries for other collections.

You can use the New Libraries option to add a new library and you can add the group of folders to the created new library, by this you can access multiple folders from one place. To create New Library:

1. In an empty space right-click of mouse to open the shortcut menu.
   
   
2. Navigate to New -> Library. Enter a name for your new Library.
   
   
3. Once it is created, you can decide what you want to include in this newly created library. Just right-click and select Properties.
   
   
4. Click the Add button and browse to a directory that you want included in this Library.

Creating the costume libraries is easy, Simply open Computer, right-click the Libraries icon on the left, hover over New, and click Library. Then to name it, right-click the new icon, click Rename, and type in a name. To add a folder, open the Library and click the Include a Folder button. Then simply browse to and select the desired folder, and click the Include Folder button when you’re finished.
