You can keep window on top of all others by using Stay Always-on-Top button or you can use windows hot key (Win+S, by default). This feature in outlook is very useful, allows you to keep any window on top of others it is use when you drag-and-drop some information from an e-mail to your contacts or something like that.

DeskPins allows you to keep any window on top of others with a few clicks. While many programs offer this as a feature, others do not, and in such cases DeskPins comes handy. In addition, you can also define rules that use the window title (with wildcard support) and can automatically keep any window on top that matches your rules. The `on top` window is marked with a colored pin that can be quickly removed by simply clicking on it, returning the window to its normal state. (Note: Even though not officially Vista compatible, we tested it and it appeared to work fine on Vista).

It is also possible Keep Notepad on Top of Other Windows by using Stay Always-on-Top button. Keep On Top 1.0 allow you to keep any window on top of all the rest so you can type on the window beneath while being able to refer to the window on top. Add handy new buttons to any window ... You also can change the icon and title of any window or close windows program anytime. It is very helpful when you are concentrating on a project and want to avoid the distractions of other windows popping up on top of your active window.
