1600x900 Setting Makes the Fonts and Icons Size too Small

Hello, I have a laptop that supports the 1600x900 resolution , except that the resolution, the icons and the font size is too small. Is it possible to keep this resolution and increase the size of fonts and icons? previously i did have a different computer with same resolution but the size of icon and font was comfortable and can be viewed properly

    thank you for your help.

If you wish to display large icons, here is a method (Windows XP): goto
Control Panel -> then Display -> select Appearance -> Effects -> Use large icons

this could help a bit as it impossible to define a precise size ... However, this choice can be made in the registry,

This is normal, because if you buy a 22" monitor with optional Hi-resolution. and set the native resolution of your screen to 1920x1200 then normally the font and icon becomes slightly blurry and not very pleasant to watch. if you want, you can resize the icons and text size used on the Windows desktop To do this, click with the right mouse button on the desktop and select "Properties." A window appears, click on the "Appearance." Here you can choose the font size in abs in the left menu (regular, large, very large).
Then click on "Effects" and check the "Large Icons". Confirm and click OK,
