The reason for this is that all of these programs use a portion of the system memory and resources which leaves a smaller percentage for other programs once they're opened. However, from a usability standpoint it might be much harder to use than just a straight line of buttons popping up either below or to the right.

For that you need to follow the below steps mention.

    • First of all you need to open your Windows Defender.
    • Then you need to click on Tools and then click on Software Explorer.
    • Then on the category list, you need to select Startup Programs.
    • In order to list startup entries for the system, you need to click on Show for all users.
    • There you can enable, disable or remove startup entries from there.

Re: Toolbar off screen in GIMP

The toolbar should dock to the screen edge such that the user can throw the
mouse to the edge and click to select a tool. The only way to hide your Tool bar window and Layers window is to grab there title-bars and drag them off screen/out of the way. It currently only supports a single toolbar and isn't customizable through the GUI, but only by editing "menus/image-toolbar.xml".
