I tried to make the hallo courser and icons, but my work was really bad, so can't show you , can some give me png files so that i can do some modifications within them ?

Try this Halo Style Windows Cursor Pack and Halo 3 weapons Cursors , first if you trying to make them by your self then go for the online tutorials, then you can make better icons.
