Vista cursors in XP

How to get windows vista cursors on windows xp, i'm using XP sp3, i want to get Vista mouse cursors on XP , but i don't want to install any transformation pack, i want to change only cursors , transformation packs changes everything. Give me free cursors link if you have any. Thanks

Download the file from the following attachment zip file and and extract this zip file to anywhere or on your desktop, you'll find one install.inf file within it and right click on that file and select 'Install', and now go to control panel and in mouse properties ,choose this Vista coursers in the pointers tab .

Hey its cool, i have downloaded this file and working really nice, and its looks really awesome, the only negative thing is Selection cursor is little wide. Thanks for uploading cursor file & clear instructions. Thanks to both of you.
