idea How do i set Animated Backgrounds in Windows 7

    Hello Everybody,

I'm running Windows 7 as my operating system. I was assuming that how do i get animated backgrounds working on my Windows 7? Since i was able to do it on my Windows Vista ultimate and since Windows 7 also seems to be having Ultimate features in it. Does any body have any idea about this one? Kindly suggest me your views on it.

    Thanks.

To setup your own animated background Vista Ultimate requires a format called “.dream”. Should you be using another Windows Vista, then you will have to buy Vista DeskScapes. Unfortunately there is only a paid version available, because Windows DreamScenes was intended to be an exclusive feature of Windows 7.

Windows DreamScene, a feature which allows a video clip, movie show, slideshow or animated image and picture to be set as the desktop background in Windows Vista has been removed in Windows 7, in favor of Desktop Slideshow wallpaper auto rotator. Although Windows 7 no longer supports.

DreamScane, the DreamScene function can still be manually added and installed into Windows 7 with a little hack in order to turn on and enable the DreamScene support in Windows7.
