Vista personalize window won't open

hello,

I can not change my desktop background , when I right clicks on the desktop and selects personalize , the window won't open , nothing happens .... please help me here.

Hi,

The best solution would be a system restore to the date on which it worked. try the system restore before any other solution.

Did you try to access it through your control panel? you never know may be that the it would work

Do a system restore and if the problem doesn't gets solve then perform a repair install. Use the your original installation DVD for that.
