'Run' disappeared from the Start menu

I have now installed Windows 7 on my computer due to some reason, but when I would make my Start Menu and drag the Run from accessory, it was not there and not in the whole computer. Have searched all over the place but is not in the computer at all!

Have not done so much with the computer more than remove internet explorer 8 and media player, and I do not know them, with RUN and do, but before I removed them, had installed AVG and a little more programs existed. RUN remains where it should be!!

Do you have tips in addition to System Restore? Do not want to run the installed games and applications.

Right-click the Start button> Properties> Start Menu> Customize and check "Run command".

Sorry forgot to write that I had already tested it without success.

It is a fact that really is not that option. Use Win + R instead

Well some can do so but I would get my Start menu and did not find it ...lol.
But there must be solution to it.
