Unable to change Date Or Time

Hello Friends,

I'm running Windows Vista on my system. I'm unable to change date or time on my system. Whenever i try to do so an error pops-up on the screen and says "Unable To save Changes". Can any one tell me why i'm not able to change time or date on my system? Does any one have any idea regarding to this issue? Any help on this would be appreciated.

Try scan your computer some potent anti virus, like kaspersky, or maybe avg is free. If sure it virus free: then do this,

Start-->Run-->Type' gpedit.msc' and enter on user configuration. Click on administrative and templates and then go to system, press Ctrl+Alt+Delete option at the right side window. Double click "remove task manager"
check, Disabled box option.

Try to Run cmd.exe with administrative previlliges. Just Right click on this file as administrator and type sfc /scannow and next findstr /c:"[SR]" %windir%\logs\cbs\cbs.log-->sfcdetails.txt
