Create a Button on the desktop

Hello,
I wonder if it is possible to create a button on my desk. Let me explain, I work in place to reserve tickets for a festival. I want to put a button on desktop which will lead me to the webpage of the reservation. I know you i can create shortcut but i want to put a button.

So can any one help me?

I don't think so you can create button , the only thing you can create is shortcut http://support.microsoft.com/kb/140443 .

I'm also not sure what you want to ... Where a button click on it and keeps on a desired page is simply a shortcut.

Otherwise I have a suggestion: to screen an html page containing your background leading to the site in question when it is clicked.

On XP it is quite possible, therefore, on Vista I guess it did the same.

How to do that?

• Right click on the desktop and select Properties.
• Click on the tab Desktop at the top and then "Customize Desktop" at the bottom.
• Now click on the tab Web. Click New and copy the URL of the webpage that you want to set as the wallpaper.
