Apply Fun Effects to your Videos Using VLC Player

During playback of your videos with VLC, you can apply fun effects through the filters. You can distort, add noise and air ... in real time. Just follow the Below Step First Download and VLC Player

1. Launch VLC and open a video.
   
   
2. Click the Tools menu and then click Settings extended.
   
   
3. Open the Video Effects tab.
   
   
4. Then, open the Edit tab of the image.
   
   
5. Then check the boxes to the various effects available for immediate implementation.
   
   
6. Click the Close button.
