Battery check icon on taskbar

I need battery power check icon on task bar in my sony vaio laptop.. its not appearing in my laptop...

Follow these steps:

• Right-click the taskbar, and then click Properties.
  
• Click the Notification Area tab.
  
• Under System icons, select the Power check box.

Sure i will help you out with this issue if you are using software which has came with Laptop than follow this steps:-

1. Right-click the taskbar, and then click Properties.
   
2. Click the Notification Area tab.
   
3. Under System icons, select the Power check box.

Hello,

1. On the taskbar, click the Start button, and then select Control Panel. from setting
   
2. double click Performance and Maintenance, and then tap Power Options.
   
3. select the Power Meter tab.
   
4. there Total battery power remaining is shown under Power status.

Note: On the Advanced tab you can select the Always show icon on the taskbar check box if you want to see a power status icon in the notification area at all times. Use a right-click equivalent on the power status icon to open the Power Meter.

Right click on your desktop

• select properties
• Select "Screen Saver" tab
• click on the "Power" button
• Select "Advanced" tab
• Check the "Always show icon..." box,then apply.
