Wallpaper Juggler adds support for the rotation of the background in Windows

Wallpaper Juggler is an intriguing application by Desktop which allows you to set a nice feature on our PC, or the alternation of various custom backgrounds.
Not alone! You will also have the opportunity to download your images in High-Quality through two popular websites (all in automatic, of course) about this issue (InterfaceLIFT and WallpaperStock), selecting the resolution of your screen.

Its function is to install and select the directory to save the wallpapers downloaded, and then turn on the rotation in the background of these.

Wallpaper Juggler is a utility that is free and open-source which is only compatible with Windows Operating Systems.

   2. look for wallpapers in multiple folders including/excluding subfolders. Best results when used with matching resolution wallpapers.
      
      
   3. change wallpaper once every preferred duration between 1 min and 500 hrs. It will understand "000 Hrs/Mins 000 Min" format. It can interpret M/Min/Mins/Minutes and H/Hr/Hrs/Hour as Minutes and Hours respectively.

The graphical interface makes the software very easy and suitable for every user who wants to try. However, there's no choice over the images that are downloaded so there's no guarantee they will be ones that you want but you can just leave it downloading.

Wallpaper Juggler includes a few images that you can start using as wallpapers right away. Of course, you can also add your own images to this list and organize it in different albums, something I found especially useful in order to keep thematic wallpaper lists. There's also the option to download new wallpapers from the developer's website. There is a warning of the wallpaper changing, annoyingly it grabs focus which is a problem when typing away. Thankfully you can turn this option off in the preferences folder.
