For the size of fonts here:
- right click on the desktop;
- Choice: "Custom";
- left click on the link "Setting the font size (PPP);
- left click on the button "Custom Scale ..." 120 dpi if you do not go;
- 4 if used then left click on the ok button after the change;
- left click on "OK" button.
To change the font:
- right click on the desktop;
- Choice: "Custom";
- left click on the link to the right "color and appearance of windows;
- left click on the link at the bottom "Open classic appearance properties for additional color options;
- change what you want to change;
- left click on the "OK" button.

To install new fonts:
- Open Fonts by clicking the Start button, clicking Control Panel, clicking Appearance and Personalization, and then clicking Fonts or Start > Control Panel > Switch To Classic View > Fonts
- Press Alt button on your keyboard > Click File, and then click Install New Font
- In the Add Fonts dialog box, under Drives, click the drive where the font that you want to install is located
- Under Folders, double-click the folder containing the fonts that you want to add
- Under List of fonts, click the font that you want to add, and then click Install
