Draw and Zoom on Desktop Screen Directly with DemoHelper

If presentation is part of your daily jobs and quite often that you need to highlight certain important points in the midst of foils sharing, then this tool may be able to assist you. Named as DemoHelper, it allows users to draw on desktop screen (or presentation materials) directly and zoom into certain portions for quick explanation. As the name implies, it could offer a significant help during a product demonstration or foil presentation when there is a need to make annotation on screen for better illustration.

Once successfully installed, it will stay at the system tray ready to be use anytime. Users can configure to activate it either by double clicking on the icon itself or using a predefined set of hotkeys. There are two sets of simple tools ? drawing and zooming functions that can help users to highlight, point out product features for more effective sharing session. These two features are simple but could be quite useful especially the drawing feature that only controlled with cursor browsing. Good thing about this is the drawing line color and thickness can be switched during the presentation by pressing the Up/Down (change brush size) or Left/Right (change brush color) buttons at users? preference.

Consumed at merely 76kB, the software utility is free for download here and is compatible with Windows 2000, XP and Vista. If you need a zip file that can be stored into thumb drive for portable usage, just get the zip file here.

Re: Draw and Zoom on Desktop Screen Directly with DemoHelper

DemoHelper resides in the system tray, able to be activated and controlled by keyboard shortcuts, even if you're doing the drawing with a mouse pointer. You can draw freehand, use shapes like ovals and arrows, and change colors and objects on the fly. You can also set the screen to erase all the annotations after a set period of time, letting you move ahead without stopping to clear it away. There's also a zoom mode, also activated by user-defined hot keys.
