CS3 on PS3

Not much I found out and read PS3 codes (programs) and can run Linux on it. As I remember, everything to do is to put Linux on ISO's microSD and load on the PS3 system. But what interested me is if you can run under WINE and Photoshop, what effect would have on the performance given that PS3 are 8 core and given that its a console. I would be very curious to see such a test, a comparison between the PS3 and High End PC.

It's not possible. Wine used x86 instructions (possibly x64). PS3 is based on the PowerPC. Try the GIMP (it should work).

Theoretically, PS3 should be more powerful. MIPS Cell is about 250,000, from 60,000 to Quad Core.
