Small IE window, want to customize it to full size.

I have this problem more, but the solution is not know exactly to me, have also been googled, but could not find a right answer. I have IE 7, but now my internet sites open in a small window.
Who knows the solution?

Right-click on the IE shortcut, go to Properties -> Shortcuts -> Run. Select there Maximized.
That should do it!

To get a desired size every time, get cursor to the corner of the window, click and stretch the size as desired. Open another window and do the same with it. And the characteristics of the quick start icon maximized continue to carry on.

So I go to the IE shortcut, right-click properties and then I see no progress or are maximized?
So for me it does not, unfortunately.

You get no tabs at the top of the Property window? If so, you need the Shortcut tab!
