Lighting section in the photoshop

I took a pic in that the teeth of the person was a little yellow, someone knows how to lighten the teeth of the person (in the pic of course )?

Man, there are several techniques ... that I use, is simple:

Select the area of the teeth, with the magnetic lensbox, copy and neck in another layer and then adjust the levels (Image -> Adjust -> Levels).

Quick and efficient, at least for me.
