Can you make the taskbar more transparent manner in the Windows Vista Ultimate x32 ?

No, not with the tool that comes with Vista.

You have settings for color, etc. during:
Desktop - Customize - "Window Color and Appearance" - "Show color mixer ..."

Perhaps there is no index Hack on the Internet that can add / change any registry key. I was looking for such in the register but found only color definitions (no transparency).

No, it does not go at all. The translucent elements .Png files that can not be more transparent than what Vista can do them. In order to achieve total transparency, you must modify these files, or even replace them. Are you in turn do this, then you need to "hack" some files in the system.
