To control the playback of your music, you do not need to open the Windows Media Player. You can indeed the main controls on the player directly into the Windows taskbar.

    1. Right-click the mouse on a blank area of the taskbar.

    2. In the menu that appears, click Toolbars and then click Windows Media Player.

    3. Then the Windows Media Player and then minimize it.

    4. The main control buttons appear on the taskbar. You can start playing, go to next or previous song, pause and so on.

    5. To put the software in large format, click the small logo of Windows Media Player.
