Pixel Shader 3 technology

I have a short question: if my graphics do not have Pixel Shader 3 technology is there any way to play games that use this type of technology (eg. Fifa 09, SBK08, etc.)

Pixel shader and pixel shader means is a light with precision pixel. Therefore it is possible to program anything for illuminating in this way. According to the team to move more or less fast, and if the card is capable of processing hardware will be much faster.

It seems to me that there is nothing to emulate "Pixel Shader 3", but still test the 3D-Analyze and accounts us.

I tried, it will have a program with a lot of boxes to activate and deactivate. I worked to me and I managed to get out of the game's main menu (the language, setting up sound, resolution, etc.) but to give it another start I get error: Failed creating the Direct 3D device.
