How to make your Desktop Icons Transparent

Hi Landry Here,I want to Customize my Desktop and make a bit of Modification in it's look one particular thing I was looking for was to make My Desktop Icon Transparent. but Unfortunately I can't seem to Find a Way of doing Plese help and Thanks in Advance.

Hi Landry, there is a simple way of Making your Desktop Icon Transparent.

Here the method to That.
  1. Click on Start button

  2. Select Settings

  3. Go to Control Panel

  4. In Control Panel Double click on System,

  5. Select Advanced Tab

  6. Under Advanced Tab Select Settings button in Performance area

  7. In Visual Effects tab Check the second Last option Which is "Use drop shadows for icon labels on the Desktop"

  8. Click Apply and OK To save changes.
Note:sometimes you may need to Restart your Pc to see any changes.
