    Customizing Device Manager

I want to resize Device Manager larger than what it opens every time. After I open it, I expand the box downward, but when I open it again the size returns to what it was. How can I do this? edit m using windows xp

    Customizing Device Manager

    1. Run 'MMC'

    2. Open the device manager and resize it

    3. Now save it and that's it

Edit: if you have xpsp3 or w2k3sp2 mmc will ask you if the msc file should be saved in mmc3 format - doesn't matter

    Customizing Device Manager

Should I open Device manager within MMC, or via the normal route , that is right click My Computer and use the added 'Device manager.' entry?
