Pixel error

I have just purchased a new Acer laptop. Installed windows and I saw that there is a bullet as constant blue lights on the desktop.

It is so exciting that if I open Word or anything else, then switch the pixels to the right color so people can see it. That is, it is only on the desktop it is lit blue, and when you start your computer up, (when the windows in Reader).

So is my sp. is this a pixel errors, or windows error??? Others who have experienced the same thing?

What happens if you change your background? You can download such a program which makes the whole screen white, black, etc., and see if it also makes it there.

No matter what background you use on your desktop so is the blue pixels.

But as soon as you open anything else, then change the color as it should .... so I do not really know whether I should care...

Try and contact Acer's support department and explain them the problem. So they must of course take an action on what happened in the case.

To me it sounds as much as a graphics error, as a pixel errors, if the problem disappears as soon as you open one or another program.
