Windows Vista theme for Windows XP

Is there any such way that Windows XP will be converted to Windows Vista looks. I like XP only but loved the flashy looks of Vista. So i am thinking if any such Vista theme is available, then i will convert my XP to look like Vista

i know some of my friends about Vista theame for Xp & according to them its not a good idea to have vista theam for XP since it will cause harm to system at a major level!
