Can anyone help
Friendz,

I am looking for a software. My aim is to define a frame size (say 1024x768) in pixels, move that frame around and crop a particular area of an image.

Can anyone help me on this ?

I would recommend Photoshop because this is the only one that I know and my friend uses it. You need to buy it as it is not free on net.

Have you tried ACDSee. Its has a best cropping tool.

I am using http://pixenate.com and I found it useful to me. And its free online stuff.
