I have been trying to practice my cut outs so i need suggestions on how should i go further to improve it & hows my total work?

Have you tried to use smart selec tool to do it cause it just looks fine for me. My friend use to do that with some of his fractals. Here is an example of it.

In my opinion it is done better with the Filter or Extract method in Photoshop.

Thanks for that as i did follow the the extract method which was very useful & for that i used this tutorial. As in practising i can observe my mistakes that i didnt do properly in the white background & if anyone can help me to remove the jagged edges from it would be very appreciated.

Have you tried zooming in & using the eraser which might sort out your doubt.

Click on preview when using extract before clicking on ok & you will be able to find some clean up tools.
