I do a dEAL With hIm for geforce 8800gts. . .fiRst he offEreD Me for 8800gts in my recent thread (looking for a useD PCI-E Graphic cArd) in 2.1k. . . .
Bt he did not agree to send gpu before payment. . So we do other dEAL. .the dEAL WAs that i 'll send him rs.1000 as fiRst installment then he 'll send me gpu, aftr receiving gpu, i' ll dEposit rest. . . . He was agree. . Bt nOw he is saying tht he cn send oNLy gfx cArd aftr full payment. . .

I have had the same experience with Blackmamba.
I had transferred Rs: 1000/- to his account for "XFX 8500GT 512mb for 1k shipped".

But after transferring the funds he did not reply back at all. I have sent him several PM but to no avail.

with his account number, you can report the matter in police. it will be very easy. as long as you have the bank records, you have nothing to worry. he will come running to you. what he is doing is a recognized offence.

obviously there are people like this. you have been cheated upon and there is nothing you can do. if you had transferred through net(paypal) you could have got your money back.

I have done couple of trades where the product came to me first and then i deposited the cash... deal was over the phone. In another i sent my product waited as the payee had trouble with cash and wanted to send back the product but i heard his problem and said pay me when things are fine around you and i got the payment after a month no problems what so ever..... but still cant what happened to you bro....

Don't worry Blackmamba will pay for his offense.
